Can I return my purchase?
We know you will be happy with your order. However, you can return any order with no questions asked! You will receive a refund for the cost of the item you are returning minus any shipping. All shipping fees incurred by WC Enterprises - either to the customer or from the customer (even if during a FREE SHIPPING special) are the customers responsibility. If the product is damaged we will either send 1 replacement or issue a credit for the full amount. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returned items. The restocking fee may be waived with additional orders. Refunds may only be issued to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. Customers ordering with a Purchase Order are responsible to pay any/all shipping charges incurred by WC Enterprises via shipping companies on any return other than damaged merchandise. Arrangements, and approvals, for returns must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Plese inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives to notify us of any shipping damage. Do not assemble your purchase or open parts or packaging. You will need to include all original packaging and parts with your return.
