Can I use a Purchase Order to make my purchase?
Yes,
if you are purchasing for an educational institution. Send your PO to
our address at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include the shipping
charges listed on the shopping cart page and the item numbers for the
items you want to order. If you include your email address on the PO we
will send you a confirmation email about the order and another when the
order ships. If you would prefer to fax your PO, fax it to (248)
769-6087. Please call customer service at Toll Free (866) 341 6790, or
email us at sales@wcteam.com, if you need assistance. We can not accept purchase orders from private consumers.208
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
No,
unless you are purchasing in Michigan and then Michigan's 6% sales tax
will be added at checkout. If you are tax exempt, please supply your tax
exemption information on your PO. Or, if you place your order on our
site, please add tax expempt information when you add your billing and
shipping information.209

What is the quality of your merchandise?

Enterprises, LLC sells only high quality items. We are constantly
looking for the best products available. We only sell those that meet

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once
your order has shipped, it usually takes 2-6 business days for
delivery. During the holiday season, and volume fluctuations, the
expected time of delivery can be longer. We do our best to ship your
order quickly, so you will receive it as soon as possible. Some items
may have a longer ship out times during busy seasons such as July and
August. Please call if you have a question regarding shipping. “Usually
ships in” is provided as an estimate of when that product generally
ships from the vendor based on our past experience. This time may vary
depending on the shipping company, inventory levels or production
schedules which can change without notice. “Arrival times” to you will
vary depending on the destination. 212
We
do our best to ship your order quickly, so you will receive it as soon
as possible. We are committed to processing and shipping orders in the
estimated time frame. We believe you will be very satisfied with our
prompt handling of your order.213
Is the shipping charge correct in my shopping cart?
Generally
yes! We have an automated system for calculating Common Carrier freight
shipping charges. We'll honor the quoted charge in almost all cases. If
for some reason there is a huge mistake and the shipping is off by a
large amount, we'll contact you to work out a solution (this has yet to
happen.) This applies in both directions. If we feel we're over
charging, we'll contact you and let you know that we're reducing the
charge!214
How will my order be shipped?
Orders
under 70 pounds will generally be delivered via UPS or Federal Express
Ground Service. The tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Orders over 70 lbs are generally delivered by freight. Tracking numbers
and shipping information will be sent via email.215
Who can best answer my shipping questions?
Questions
regarding shipping are best answered directly to the consumer from UPS,
FED-EX or the freight service used to deliver your order. They can
provide you with a better delivery estimate, so that you can decide
whether you will be able to receive your order on time.216
How will large orders be shipped?
Large
orders, usually over 70 pounds, will ship via common carrier freight.
Our FAQ's include the simple instructions you need to receive your
package. Follow these guidelines for a "hassle free" delivery.217
How do I receive my freight shipment?
We
will provide the contact information so that you can contact your
freight carrier to receive your shipment. We will also provide a
tracking number so you can track your order. Shipping policies and
procedures vary by freight company. Once your shipment is in transit,
inquiries are best answered by the carrier. If you have concerns
regarding your shipment, or carrier, please contact us within 24 hours
of receipt of your shipment. We are ready to assist you!218
Should I accept a damaged freight shipment?
If
you have concerns that your purchase has been damaged in transit, do
not accept your delivery from the freight carrier. Refuse shipment on
the forms provided by the freight carrier and contact customer service
at Toll Free (866) 341 6790 or sales@wcteam.com within 24 hours. We are ready to help you with refusals and replacements!219
What about damages and repacement parts?
We
will replace defective merchandise, or provide replacement parts,
"hassle free." Arrangements and approvals, for returns and replacement
parts, must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Contact us and we
will replace any orders, or parts, with manufacturer's defects. Please
do not assemble damaged merchandise. Remember to include the original
packaging and parts with your return!220
How is my information secured?
We
take protection of your information very seriously. Our web site uses
the Secure Socket Layer, SSL, protocol to encrypt all of your ordering
information before it is sent over the Internet. Our third party
verification is done by a world leader in the security industry, Comodo Digital Certificates.
In addition, sensitive information such as credit card numbers are
encrypted on our server using the industry standard 128 bit encryption.
Additionally, sensitive information is completely removed at regular
intervals once the transaction has been completed. You can be certain
that all possible precautions are taken to secure your information when
ordering with us.222

Can I return my purchase?
You
can return any order with no questions asked. You will receive a refund
for the cost of the item you are returning minus any shipping costs
(shipping costs cannot be refunded by WC Enterprises; all shipping
charges are the customers responsibility) and a 20% restocking fee may
apply. The restocking fee may be waived with additional orders. Full
refunds will be made for damaged merchandise. Refunds may only be issued
to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. Customers ordering
with a Purchase Order are responsible to pay any/all shipping charges
incurred by WC Enterprises via shipping companies on any return other
than damaged merchandise. Arrangements, and approvals, for returns must
be made within 2 business days of receipt. Do not assemble your purchase
or open parts or packaging. You will need to include all original
packaging and parts with your return. Call us at Toll Free (866) 341
6790, or email us to make
arrangements for returns and to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Items returned without receiving a Return Authorization Number will be
refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.225
